Protein Balls!

Combine 1 Cup of Honey
1 Cup Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
1 Cup Soy Energizing Protein
1 Cup of Raisins or Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Wheat Germ

Roll into Balls and Enjoy!



Fun Apple and Celery

Core an apple
Put Almond Butter or Peanut Butter in a 3 inch long piece of celery
Put the celery into the hollowed out apple!

Apple and Cheesestick
Core an apple and fill the center with a half of a cheesestick!

Yummy Pork Chops with Apple and Onions

Melt 1 T butter in a frying pan.  Add Porkchops, 1 cored, sliced apple and 1/2 onion sliced!  Brown the meat, about 3 minutes each side.  Then cover and let cook for about 15 minutes.
